This is a great property meant to have a good time in, with respect to the property and the neighbors. NO bachelor or bachelorette parties or destructive behavior will be tolerated! No pets are allowed. The ohio club Loft is not be suitable for young children or anyone that has difficulty climbing stairs. We ‘screen’ all potential guests to make sure they are a good match for our historic property. The property contains Many irreplaceable antiques, please respect those.
*****The ohio club loft is located over the top of a very popular bar. expect to hear people downstairs talking and having fun and when the Corona Virus is behind us, there will be live music every night and you will be able to hear it. we have done our best to soundproof the bedrooms but the noise still comes through. if you are a light sleepter or dont like bars, please look elsewhere. we want your stay to be a great one.******
Rates start at $350 per night, with a two night minimum and a $25 cleaning fee. A fully refundable damage deposit is required. The price is for 4 guests only. The owner reserves the right to check and confirm the amount of guests in the rental space.
